The Resilience Center staff are in-network providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO plans. If you have coverage under one of these plans, it is strongly recommended that you call the customer service number on the back of your card to learn what your co-pay will be for behavioral health services and whether your deductible has been met. If you are paying out of pocket, you will be asked to pay your session fee at the beginning of each session, and you will be provided with a statement at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for a certain amount of each session’s fee.
